Kristin is a certified Polestar Pilates Teacher, Remedial and Clinical Massage Therapist and NLP Practitioner, experienced in helping people heal, gain confidence and improve their physical abilities to take back control of their lives. Kristin enriches her work with influences from Feldenkrais, Somatic Experiencing, Myofascial Movement and Biomechanics Coaching.
